  Took the Harley's training course the first time  at the end of June. As a new rider I was excited about learning how to ride and ride a Harley. I had Rod for class and Rod and Tony on the range. The class had a lot of good information but seemed to be rushed. I'm not sure if the instructor was feeling ok that day. I asked questions because I wanted to get the best out of the course but the instructor (Rod)kinda seem irritated. It kinda felt as though the class was rushed. Needless to say I went out to the range and it felt the same way. As a new rider wanting to join the Harley family I felt out of place because I didn't know how to ride like the rest of my class!! The range was rushed and really no info on how I was doing or what to do to be better. At the end of the first day Rod told me I did great and that he new the bike was small but overall I'm good. I left with confidence and came back the next day. To find out I wasn't that great and failed the course. I asked why was I told I did great and I was ok. His response was I just need more practice. Tony the whole time was the same way even caught him having a attitude when new riders messed up. When I tried to talk to him he was vary cold so I left it alone. Turns out another rider was feeling the same way and after talking to she cussed at them and left.
  
  I decided after speaking to Redd to retake the course she was so helpful and understanding I really appreciate her customer service. I had the awesome privilege to have Chris as my instructor. Chris made me feel like I can do this he was helpful he pulled me to the side and gave me pointers and when I did it right he let me know I did. I appreciate he willingness and great training methods. If you can get Chris as a instructor he can really help you!!! I also had Sheila who was awesome and helpful understood were each person was and was able to help strengthen those areas. Thank You Shelia!!!My class teacher when I retook the course was awesome to I can't remember his name but he was detailed and explained everything and was not rushing. When I retook the range tony was back and i notice he avoided me which I appreciate because I wanted to learn and become a safer rider. He was trying to be nice to the other classmates but I was to focused on what Chris was teaching I didn't care. I felt more comfortable on the bike and passed!!! I look forward to purchasing my Harley soon. But thank you eagles nest despite the issues with the trainers the first time. Chris Sheila and The classroom instructors were great!!!

  The sales department was above and beyond from the moment we walked in! Eric was our salesman and he and his team served us very well, weren't pushy by any means and worked great with all our wants and needs! Very pleased, would most definitely recommend the Eagles Best Sales department!
  
  Now.... as for the service department I have to give them an overall 4 starts because of how overwhelmingly disappointing the service department was. Absolutely zero follow-thru, providing wrong information, not keeping commitments as promised.... very disappointing after such a great sales experience, definitely wont be back for service.

  My dad and I just took the Rider's Academy with Venus Thomas. She was a very great instructor and cared for our learning. My dad and I had no experience on riding a motorcycle but she made sure to let us know what we were doing wrong and how we can fix it. Venus made the course very enjoyable and kept our class running smoothly. I highly recommend Venus as an instructor especially to any new riders. She definitely made sure we are ready for the road. During the course, we had high winds but this was one of the elements that we would face sometime in the future, therefore, it made a great experience and practice. We learned so much throughout the course. Overall, my dad and I enjoyed the course and it was great having Venus as an instruction.

  first of all, it was amazing to be assisted by a female. She made my visit fun. One of the best sales people i've associated with . i have to give her a great 5 stars. no complains and such a sweet heart

  Great motor clothes choices, a wide variety of sizes at reasonable prices.
  We got there during a BBQ day run, it was packed but everyone staff and guests were nice, freindly and helpful.
